If she wants to get one, better stick to Micro 3/4 like Panasonic  GF3, Sony Nex 5 or Olympus Pen. If she doesn't like to change lenses, then she can try the Canon G12. better than point and shoot. The quality of P&S is really not much different from her iphone when taking outdoor photos.

thanks the GF3 is similar to the Sony Nex3 I guess. Probably need to give her the smallest lens for GF3.
Leica is good to, just no one can afford it.. LOL.

By the way, you guys are free during the weekend? Maybe we can hang out together.
