what FACTS do you have about Canon\'s QC? Not speculation. What would be considered an acceptable rate of fixing cameras the first time? 90%? 95%? 99%? Its not realistic to expect them to fix every problem the first time, especially when there are other variables like lenses involved. What facts do you have to show that Canon\'s repair rate is anything but exceptional?
