I am not sure what different about this two bags.
I think this two bags can carry all your gear because two bags size are similar size.

Those two backpacks r all big enough for ur gear with large capacity~

I’ll take Flipside 400 AW for my decision~

It has unique back-entry compartment provides easy access to camera gear，when u wanna capture the shot in a moment，nd’ also a hideaway tripod holder to secure a tripod or monopod to backpack~

I don\'t think you need these bags that you mentioned,  It\'s too big size and heavy.

By teh way, I suggest you to buy the Lowepro 350 fastpack, it\'s suitable to your capacity and two way totes can save your energy for long distance walking...
