穀類的紅寶石"紅藜"

紅藜為原住民傳統的糧食作物;多與稻米,糯米或芋頭共煮,成為粽子,竹筒飯或供作釀造小米酒之用
近年來因為研究報告指出紅藜的營養成分極高....甚至有抗癌及抗老的功效.....以至於價格水漲船高
前陣子正值台東大武鄉排灣族大竹部落的紅藜採收期.....所以小弟我就去拍一拍啦!!!{:01_022:}
