穀類的紅寶石"紅藜"
紅藜為原住民傳統的糧食作物;多與稻米,糯米或芋頭共煮,成為粽子,竹筒飯或供作釀造小米酒之用近年來因為研究報告指出紅藜的營養成分極高....甚至有抗癌及抗老的功效.....以至於價格水漲船高
前陣子正值台東大武鄉排灣族大竹部落的紅藜採收期.....所以小弟我就去拍一拍啦!!!{:01_022:}
